Orang yang memberi diri dipimpin oleh Roh Kudus tidak lagi hidup dibawah hukum Taurat, tetapi hidup dibawah hukum kasih, contoh yohanes 5
Galatians 5:2 : Behold, I Paul say unto you, that if ye be circumcised, Christ shall profit you nothing. (KJV)
Arti Hidup oleh Roh : seperti orang yang memerlukan oksigen
Hasil : tidak hidup dalam daging
Mustahil untuk kita tidak hidup dalam keinginan daging bila kita tidak hidup oleh Roh
Dimana hidup oleh Roh dan keinginan daging saling bertentangan (gal 5-17:21 / gal 5:22-23)
Pada saat buah roh bermanifestasi dalam hidup kita maka itulah yang akan mematikan keinginan daging
